i am looking for a simple and free forum module which i can modify from.

this module should be efficient, easy to use for the end users.

due to that i am not using my-sql (most modules are using my-sql), and also i prefer to modify the module to my style of programming, i also want this module easy to modify from.

any suggestions.

http://www.hotscripts.com has some free modules, i am reviewing. any people can recommend a module to me?

besides, this phpbuilder forum is pretty good itself, is it a free module?

Well vbulletin.com was vbulletin lite with is a good forum to us.

if your not using mysql then your options are pretty limited, try phpbb that might have support for other databases
