Implode checkbox valuesq

Hi,
I want to implode a whole lot of checkbox values to be saved in a single record. But the values are always saved in the order that the "on" checkboxes are imploded first. Can someone help me with this one?

So on</1>on</1>on</1></1>, instead of on</1></1></1>on</1>on
