an ASP convert: 'ON ERROR RESUME NEXT'

This may be a better way to ask the question I asked in the previous post "Error Handling". Is there any equivalent to ON ERROR RESUME NEXT in php?

In other words, on error (including if it's a call to a nonexistent function), grab the error, and do something to fix it.

just put an @ before the expression that could generate an error
