quick problem

ok for osme reason when i try to upload i get this error:

Warning: open_basedir restriction in effect. File is in wrong directory

any idea? now i own the sevrer os if theres something i can change iun the pph.ini theres no problem there? all help is appreciated..

Have a look at the user quota for the webserver, and make sure you set the directory you are uploading to, to 777. Also you have to make the path the full path.
Example:

/path/to/dir/
