I have the following code to send an email:
mail($email, "Order Confirmation","
Thank you for your payment of $amount.
Yours sincerely,
Jon Lawrance
etc...
However, the variable $amount doesn't seem to be appearing in the email sent. Am I doing this in the wrong way?
