Redirect visitors depending on national.

I'd like to redirect my American visitors to
the USA-site, my Brittish visitors to the
UK-site and so on...
How do I dot that; how can I tell from which
country a visitors is, and then use the
information to redirect the visitors to
the right site?

You can get the IP first ,from IP,you can get the country.
