I created a login.php. There is a verification part to verify whether the user enter the correct username and password. If the username or password is invalid, after printed out the error message, what should I do to redirect to previous page? Thank you.

if you get the login page to actually do the checking. Then send the user to the secret page if they have entered the correct login info.

By taing this apprach you'd still be on the login page if the login information is incorrect

 I bring the user to a secret page when they login correctly, if invalid, how do I bring them back to the previous page?
