I'm basically writing a sentence and want to return every time I finish a sentence. I add the \n\r at the end of the sentence, and it don't work in notepad because it show two square for the \n\r . I want it to return down just like when I hit the return when edidting in notepad
The three major OS's have different line return characters:
Windows: /r/n UNIX: /n Mac: /r
if you are printing our the \r within single-quotes (') then it wont work. i.e. '\r' will not work.
do it using double-quotes ("), i.e. "\r", and this will work.
