CGI Error

I am working with a php aplication on my win2k computer running php 4.2.2, and I get the following error on a page:

CGI Error
The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers. The headers it did return are:

but there aer not headers listed. Any idea why this would happen?

I get that when the link (to the php page) I specify in the html is wrong. Try looking at your link.
