open_basedir restriction in effect

Hi,
Can anyone help with this strange problem?

I get this error:
Warning: open_basedir restriction in effect. File is in wrong directory in /home/sites/site100/web/adminus/location/location_add2.php on line 29

Close to line 29:
$location_server=$DOCUMENT_ROOT."/../web/parties/images/";

At line 139:
include ($DOCUMENT_ROOT."/../include/7minutes/us/footer_home.htm");

you may have no permission to that file or folder. At least this is a possible reason for such an error.

So check Filepermissions set on your Unix/Linux webserver.
