Collecting bounced mails.

I am trying to bring all bounced mails to one mail box. But nothing is returning to box. What is the problem in this code.

$headers4="[e-mail]";
$headers.="Reply-to: $headers4\n";
$headers .= "From: $headers4\n";
$headers .= "Errors-to: $headers4\n";

$headers = "Content-Type: text/html; charset=iso-8859-1\n".$headers;
mail($em, $sub, $temp, $headers);

looks ok to me, have you tried sending that message to a known GOOD email address that you can receive, and made sure that all your headers are going on there properly?

also, you may need to set the Reply-Path: header. i know on my serve,r if I don't, qmail puts somethign dumb like 'Reply-Path: [e-mail]' on there. oy!
