Sending mail by PHP

Hello,

I kind of need some help here.

I have a form that sends it's data to a php file (datas.php). What I need is that file do send the datas received from the form (or entirely, the filled form) to a mail address ( [e-mail].. this mail is the same for all the filled forms).

How can I do that?
