Hello, does someone know how can i identify windows me from user agent string?
Does it return win me in the user agent string?

Depends on the browser - it's the browser that provides the UAS. Thing to remember is that Windows Me is just a newer version of Windows 98.
Get yourself a current version of browscap.ini (such as at http://www.garykeith.com/browscap.asp) and have a look through for platform=WinME
