i do'nt care if it's nuke ,postnuke or just plain PHP as long as its doing what's is supoosed to (generating Revenues) and is expendable.

WAP searches

view cars for sale by autoshops owner ( example software http://www.online-demos.com/current/am_ch395/listings/index.html or http://www.jonroig.com/freecode/ this is porly written and will have to be modified but i own this soft)

membership:
User can add his company to User searchable database
Some of the info is feed automatically form registration the rest is addon by user
create email membername@autoshops.net (5 mb Limit) add more emails for additional $
create website : membername.autoshops.net
add cars that he has for sale ( this i think would be free for tryout but then will move to paid option)
After user logs in he can add his company to autoshops db which can be search by antonymous users (from the main site)
membership similar to your payment plan (paypal)+ check forms
request free web site (only pay members)
request free email (only pay members)
integrate car database (later after the project is done)
DB:
After log in user can add his company to our database of auto companies
this is where the membership kicks in
copy most of the data from original user profile plus additional fields (body repair , oil change and so on )

Full profile: Users can upload 1 picture the rest of profile is a template that reads the data in full layout
Email link in full profile has to be changed to form where when clicked on the email form is displayed to send email to the person. and not actual email (every one can send email to members antonymous too)
after new membership is added email is sent to admin or notify admin to validate new membership if everything looks fine admin validates membership every one is happy
