mail() not working without any logic

Hi,

I have a problem wich realy doesn't have any logic.

I use the mail() function to send html mails and i've head the header correctly the function is something like this:

mail("\"(sic)army leader\" <[e-mail]>", "Reserva de bilhete(s) para o festival da Ilha do Ermal", $body_html, "Content-type: text/html; charset=iso-8859-1\nFrom: \"(sic)army website\" <[e-mail]>");

and the $body_html wich contains the html that is going to be send cannot have a font tag with text to large nad in a big size like if I had the following html code to the $body_html:

<font size="5">TTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTEEEEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSTTTTTTTTTTTTTTIIIIIIIIIIINNNNNNNNNNGGGGGGGGGGGGGG</font> // THE MAIL WAS NOT GOING TO BE SENT

<font size="5">TESTING</font> // THE MAIL WAS GOING TO BE SENT

What kind of limitation is this?

i wasn't really able to show what i want cuz the html has processed, here it is in a differente way:

[font size="5"]TTTTTTTTTTTTTTTEEEEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSSTTTTTTTTTTTTTTIIIIIIIIIIINNNNNNNNNNGGGGGGGGG[/font] <-- the e-mail was not going to be sent

[font size="5"]TESTING[/font] <-- the e-mail was going to be sent

now replace the [ by < and the ] by > and than it just some htmls tags.

Now I hope you can help me fiz this. Thanks
