Can You Match an Entire URL???

I want to match a url such as:

http://www.mysite.com/index.php

Can I do this with preg_match_all???

I have been looking with to no avail...

I use case insensitive match with eregi() for stuff like that. You don't have to worry about differences like "HTTP" and "http".
