How would I go about finding something a placement of text like this [john=1] and have it as the only output and then use expressions to cancel everything but the number out of that? I would be using something like this:
I was at the farm and [john=1] was there?
[john=1] may change to something like [john=er] so you see why I want to cancel out the [jonh= ] part out.
