Endopyelotomy

The procedure that was done was a Left retrograde endopyelotomy with Acucise catheter. Left retrograde pyelogram. Placement of left double J stent. Cystoscopy.
We need assistence with both ICD-9 and CPT procedure codes. There was no incision made in the skin, it was done endoscopically. PLEASE HELP!!!!

I believe the CPT for this is 50575. Not sure about the ICD-9; wouldn't that depend on the DRG?
