i'm trying to make a really spiffy admin tool for several web-based admin programs that i use to manage various aspects of a server i manage...
what i am going to do is have a weblog program as a front-end, and with that i can give status updates about the server, and also give tips on how to do complex things on the server if i'm unreachable.
however, once you log in you get links and access to stuff like mysqladmin, and ACID. unfortunetly, the only way i know of securing them up is with a .htaccess file, but i don't want to have to make everybody log in a billion times, and i certainally don't want all my hard efforts modifying the webloger to goto waste!
i'd appreciate any help guys, thanks.
