Hi... can someone please teach me on how to upload files to a certain directory to my server and then at the same time ask for a some information about the person uploading the page... i want the information to go to my MySql... i xnow how to send the information to my MySql but i dunno how to create a script to upload to my site and do it simultaneously w/ the Personal info question... please help me.
