Where can I get php_mcrypt.dll?

I run PHP 4.22 on Apache 1.3.23, on Windows XP.

How do I install the mcrypt library? People have told me to get php_mcrypt.dll, but I can't find it. Anyone know where it's available?

I think php_mcrypt.dll was bundled in with the rest of PHP/Win32 (You have to download the 5Mb zip) - I'm not sure if it is now, but it doesn't appear to be anywhere else.

Its not in the latest one, I know that much
