e-mail through SMTP error message

Im trying to send an e-mail through SMTP server from my website. My hosting provided doesnt provide SMPT servers so I had to use my ISP's.

I get this message from the SMTP server:
Relaying not allowed: [e-mail]

I keep getting this error message no matter what server I try. Is there a way to fix it?

Does anyone know good SMTP servers?

get a new host .. any host that won't allow you to use the email functions in php is garbage.

www.vilitas.com is a good, affordable host with many features and outstanding support.

there's many others, but i have done my homework and these guys are the best.
