I don't know if I posted in the right place but I'm assuming soneone would know the awnser to my question, the thing is that it does'nt involve PHP, it's HTML in this case.

What I'd like to know is if it's possible to get an image's border to change color when you put your mouse over the image?

if so, how would I go about doing that?

that would be javascript.. php is server-side and could not do that for you.
