I know it's been asked many many times before but I don't have a choice but to ask it again, HOW TO DETECT IF THE CLIENT BROWSER HAS PLUG-INS INSTALLED (particularly flash and javascript)? Damn! You may be able to find a Javascript program that runs on the client to find out what you need. Then have that send its findings back to the server.
Yup, I've seen that thread even before posting here. But what I want to know is detecting the plugin and its version not enabled javascript. Yes I haven't mentioned I also want to know the plug-in version in my last post, I apologize for that.
