isn't it only Hotmail that has a junk folder?
Hotmail sends to the junk folder based on which filters are on. i have no filters on my account and not 1 of my emails has EVER ended up in the junk folder. it's all based on the user's filter settings 🙂
Yahoo! has something similar (a Bulk Mail folder)
