Virtual Memory Problems

Back to these darn drop down lists.

Ok i have to load a database field into a drop down list, there are over 100 entries that have to be loaded into this list, and there are 14 lists which are sort of the same. As you can imagine this is really memory consuming and the page wont load with out me increasing my virtual memory, is this caused by the loading of th list boxes?? and if so how would i stop this from happening??

If you look in the PHP manual, for most dbs there is a function called yourdb_free_result(). Have a look to see if your one does and see if you can put it to good use...

i have checked the manule

but there is nothing there which can help.
