How can i make a pulldown menu or any other usabe menu with php? shoud i use php or not?

Now i have switching images as a sort of menu (see the menu (beware: sex] but that is not so nice as a good pull down menu,

please post listings info anythingcause i'm kinda stuck.

ps. how about changing colors in the menu, is that possible?

Most pulldown menus are controlled by javascript. There are lots of examples if you do a quick search on www.google.com for "menu javascript".
