Anybody here seen these?
Suddenly goes to 99% of processor according to the Task Manager.
On a different server, same php app, for no apparent reason, allocates all Oracle processes (threads?) available.
Kind of hoping someone has seen these, haven't had any luch on the oracle newsgroups.
