Hi guys..
I'd like to start building some advanced stes, so I thought to start using PHP..
I browsed the Internet for maybe 20 types of PHP portals of CFM's, but I'm really wondering which one to use..
Obviously, the most spread one is PHPnuke, but as many others, I simply HATE it!!! Its design is so ugly, and all sites using it look almost the same!!! Also I heard about many bugs in it... SO it's surely not the one to choose.. This also includes all Phpnuke-clones!!!
Next I tried EZ publsih, but again, it's not that easy to change and "hack", I mean it's very complicated!!! Despite the fact that you can achieve impressive results in it, but it's still too complicated...
I'm in search for a program tat can almost entirely change the style and design, and nut just add some "menu boxes" and so on.. I'm sure you understand me...
I tried then a program called NUCLEUS... It's not a web portal,it's a CONTENT MANAGER, and it's EASILY edited... You can simply change its design dratically...
The main problem with it is that it's not as widespread as other programs... there are no themes for it at all, almost no plug-ins, and of course limited support..
Does anybody of u know any good program that meets my requirements!!! Again:
PHP based, easily edited and modified, being able to make advanced and good looking sites, popular and easily supported, easily developed and upgraded, and so on..
Any suggestion is greatly accepted!!!
