Oracle Database search

I am using an oracle 8 database backend and I am in urgent need of 2 scripts.

1. A search script that takes two conditions on from a text box and the second from a dropdown menu. The results of the search should also be hyperlinked to give more details from a brief listing.

2. A script that displays an aplhabetic listing of the contents of a field within the database.
