Need php_dbase.dll!

I have been searching for php_dbase.dll and can not find it anywhere.
I'm using PHP 4.2.2 installer [913Kb]- 22 July 2002 and it does not include the dll. I tried php3_dbase.dll but to no avail. Can anyone help me find this?
