is it possible to make two windows open on one click?

I want to be able to click on a submit button to open two windows at once: one is the main info window, one is a pop up with variables carried to it.

But I only want the pop up to come up when that particular button is pushed, not when the main window is opened directly without using the submit button.

Does anyone know how this can be done?

It is done using a JavaScript function that is called when the submit button is pressed I believe the code to open a window is Window() or CreateWindow()
