I was wondering if anybody could recomend a good help desk module. What I mean by help desk is some sort of web based tek-support ticket system where customers could write there tek questions and I could answer them. I came across a few help desk moduals at hotscripts.com and scriptsearch.com but didn't feel that anything was so good. I anybody nows of a good help desk system that they could suggest I would appreciate the help very much. Thanks in advance for any help...

I was generaly looking for something free but I realize that sometimes it is worth buying software. I guess my budget would be a few hundred if the software is good. Do you now of anything that is good and relitivaly inexpensive or free? Thanks in advance.
