Post method to <IFRAME>?

Hi all,

How to do a post to an <IFRAME> page?
Here's my situation:

I have a "main" page that contains another page inside the <IFRAME> tags.
That main page also has an input text box and a submit button. This form is supposed to submit the data to the page that's contained in the <IFRAME> tags.
How do I have that main page submit the data to that iframe page w/o having the main page being re-displayed as if it was submitted to?
