The site is good but i guess the way data is represented to the users is bit clumsy, especially the forum section.

can you give me giudline like from where to post a question and where to get the answer with an ease

It really all depends on the question. You should decide which category best covers the question. If it involves SQL, post it in the Database forum, etc.
