upload/delete img

hello, im searching for an php upload script to upload images.

It schould check on if the image has got:
The right extension, jpg, gif.
The right size, no bigger then 200kb
If the file exists.

The script also has to show an index of wich images are already uploaded and there must be an button, or something.

Does anyone know about a script like that?
Or can anyone write it?

Where have you looked? phpbuilder.com's code library? Zend.com's? Evil Walrus? Others whose names escape me just for the instant?

Of course, there is also the chapter in the manual on file uploads.
