Are there any scripts around the world that can convert unicode pages to win1251 and koi8r ? As far as I know, standart php functions can't do that, at least in the older releases.
Problem is that i'm trying to build some RSS includes in a page, and rss files go in unicode, while i don't want to make all the site unicoded. Unicode isn't that wide used, and may cause problems for somebody.
