Compiling PHP on Windows

Hello there;

Does anyone out there have any FAQs/howto's about compiling PHP for windows? :-) I need a PHP executable which supports the sockets function set and PHP-GTK. Unfortunately, I can't find a pre-compiled PHP with these features set up.

If anyone here has had success with compiling PHP on their own, let me know -- I'd be willing to pay for a PHP set up the way I need it :-)
