I think i have my PHP setup properly but the scripts that are running on my website aren't working, and both require writing to .txt files on the site. Is there something that must be done (in Apache or PHP) in order for visitors to have permission to read and write to .txt files?
the writing part is the counter and the signing of the guestbook.
