how to upgrade my PHP in window to support Mcrypt() and Image() ?

HI,

I am the foxserv package for my PHP+MySQL+Apache installed on my Window98 platform.

Somehow, now i want to try the Mcrypt() and Image on my machine, how can i do that? appreaciate if you list down the step. For the binary source, I know i can insatll the mcrypt and image require library, and recompile my php to support any add-on. But I know how to upgrade this foxserv package or any RPM php.
