Apache and IE browser as stand alone application

Hello,
I'm thinking about some interesting solution, maybe you have heard about something like this.

I want to make application for Windows systems which will be composed with Apache, MySQL, web browser (something like www.browserbob.com -> it's using IE but you can desing interface etc.). Everything shoud be one application (one installation, one setup etc.) -> when you will run it, browser will open some specyfied page, and Apache, MySql will start. When you close application Apache, MySql shoud by shutdown.

If you have seen something like this, please let me know.

Download the browser and run. It's only browser, unfrtunatelly without possibility to configure buttons etc, without Apache and MySql.
