add a extension MIB in PHP

Hi everybody.
I work with PHP 4.1.1 on Windows 2000.
I have a owner MIB to use. I have added the new ****.txt in c:\usr\mibs directory but it doesn't work.
If i do snmpget, PHP give me a warning message: This name does not exist: enterprises.7745.7.2.1.0 .

Is there something wrong ?
