phpMyAdmin/IIS gives error - php works fine

Hi all -

PHP itself seems to be working fine with my other test files, but phpMyAdmin is giving me the following error:

Warning: Failed opening 'e:\inetpub\wwwroot\phpMyAdmin\index.php' for inclusion (include_path='.;c:\php4\pear') in Unknown on line 0

my php directory is c:\php, not c:\php4, but I changed that and it made no difference. I also have all the correct info in the config file (username, pass, host).

Can anyone help me out? I've been looking for a solution for a while, but I haven't had any luck... which brings up something else - what's a good php list for relative newcomers to the technology?

the dot semicolon concerns me...can you post the code...i have the same set up and have not had a problem

The code in question is the index.php page included in phpMyAdmin 2.30

I would think it wouldn't be that. Was there some other info you needed me to post - am I misunderstanding?
