DB query

Hi

It's kind a simple question, however, I'd rather ask here than 2 days thinking over id... ;o)
In one field in my DB i have comma-separated values

|-------------------------|
| linux,test,cell,drive |
| cd,linux,program |
| program,windows |
...........
...........
........... etc.

How can I retrieve all records that contain one word (let's say "linux")?
