Anyone with plans for web services?

Just interested in hearing what people are up to with web services.

Some questions:

Are you aware of what web services are?

Does XML-RPC ring a bell?

Does SOAP ring a bell?

What PHP libraries / implementations have you used for web services?

I ask because looking at the state of support for web service messaging in PHP and general interest in the PHP community, it looks like we're missing the bus.
