works locally- but not otherwise

Current SetUp on WinXP Pro
- Apache WebServer Version 1.3.26
- PHP Script Language Version 4.2.2
- MySQL Database Version 3.23.51
- phpMyAdmin Database Manager Version 2.2.6

Heres my problem, everything works locally, but when I try it from a friends pc, the page just times out.. I have read threw the forums here, and couldnt find anything to help me out, any one got an idea or advice??

I'll post the config files if needed, let me know..

What is the info on the friends PC? And what works locally, a script or all the things you listed?

Everything works locally, including the two test softwares, phpBB2 and Php-Nuke.. They work fine in local mode.

My friends pc, is nothing special.. No router, no firewall, its just sumthing he uses once a week for email, thats it.. I've even tried it from other people I know threw the net (irc friends,ect,ect) Everyone ends up with the same result, connection times out..

BTW: I do not have a router and I am running a firewall, and I have made sure that my firewall allows access to all the software as necessary..
