Image border around thumbs

Can anyone tell me how to draw a border on top and bottom of some thumbnails?
I have 100X64 pics and need 100X100 but without stretching the image

you can make a table and place all of the images in the first td, set the border color attribute and even use the bgcolor if needed.

Example:

<table cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" border="1" bordercolor="#FFAA33" bgcolor="#776655" rules="none">
<tr><td>
<!- insert images here //-->
</td></tr>

<-----------/SNIP------------>

rules="none" may not be needed and also may not be cross-browser compatible... Hope that helps.
