I am runniing win2k ICS webserver and I've installed php. I presume it's working because of this page. http://www.thing.d2g.com/ecards/test.php
I've been trying to send mail through php. At first I was trying to use the smtp service provided by win2k but I couldn't get that to work. I have a linux box on my network so I thought I would try using the sendmail from that. I got the path and put it in the php config file.. but it didn't work. I know that the sendmail service works on the linux box cos I use it to sendmail all the time. 😉
So.. I reckon I got the path wrong. Please bear with me as I'm new to php and linux. The path for linux sendmail is....
192.168.0.10/usr/sbin/sendmail
at least that's how I think it should look.. but I think I am wrong.
So if anyone in here can help me set up either the win or linux smtp service I would be most grateful. I know both services are running but my paths are wrong I think.
