PHP 4 / Win2k professional / IIS 5.0
(Php works and has been for several months now, wanted to install a custom webmail program)
I am having difficulties installing the php_imap.dll extension, I have followed every tutorial I can find and to still no avail. The error I keep getting is this,
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: imap_open() in C:\***********\config.inc.php on line 72
PHP Warning: Unable to load dynamic library 'c:/PHP/extensions/php_imap.dll' - The specified module could not be found. in Unknown on line 0

My php.ini files points to;

extension_dir = "c:\php\extensions\"
...further down in dynamic extensions....
extension=php_imap.dll (notice the ; is removed)
Also, the file php_imap.dll can be found in not only;
/php/extensions/ but also in;
/php/
/winnt/system/
/winnt/system32/
also as a precaution (although it shouldn't have needed it) I copied all of the files from the php packager from the dll directory to my winnt/system32/ directory. I have rebooted the server serveral times and have went over the installation of the extension hundreds of times. All the documentions I have found has said this to be the correct way to go about doing it.
But it fails, Any help is GREATLY appreciated...
