I don't know if anyone else has had this problem before, I tried loking through the board before posting but couldn't find anything.
I have Windows ME/PHP 4.x /Apache 2.x
When I try to Run Apache it says:
"C:\Program Files\Apache Group\Apache2\bin>apache
Syntax error on line 949 of C:/Program Files/Apache Group/Apache2/conf/httpd.conf:
Cannot load C:/PHP/sapi/php4apache.dll into server: One of the library files needed to run this application cannot be found."
It says it cannot load php4apache.dll but it's in the folder it should be. My friend, who installed everything on his own computer has his working fine and he can't find out what's wrong. Any suggestions?
